Basic Reporter v2.02

I tried to use Basic Reporter v2.02 and I receive errors when I try to list to screen.
Tested on QPC2 (SMSQ/E + Launchpad) and also on QEmulator with JS ROM and Minerva ROM and nothing else loaded

Here is an untested fix for the BASIC Reporter bug. Done very quickly, it seems to work, but I don't have the time to test for any knock-on effects accidentally introduced.

It was a weird bug which only existed while Turbo compiled, which is why it was a bit hard to debug. I've fixed it (I think) by writing the screen heading code a little differently.

If it seems to work for you Andrew, I will add this version to my website.

EDIT: Here's version 2.04 which improves on a couple of other lesser issues.
