I just spotted the listing for 460+ microdrive cartridges on ebay (a US seller) - is it anyone on here?

I have asked for some high resolution images to see if there is anything we need to preserve, but somehow I don't think there is anything new.... but it could be of interest for someone (especially in the USA because of shipping costs) who has time to replace the felt pads before using them!!.....

As a US based potential buyer I contacted him. If no-one UK-side bids, I can probably get these, replace all the pads, then feed them back into the market at sensible prices in much smaller batches, while also helping the preservation project.

Only catch is it's such a big batch.
