2. International Sinclair QL meeting in Dormagen (Germany) 6.6 to 8.6

Post by QLObi »

Save the date:
From the 6.6 to the 8.6 (again Pentecost) the second User Meeting will take place in Dormagen.
This year we will also celebrate 25 years of Q60 machines!
So if you are a lucky owner of such a machine, please presend it there!
Peter Graff had alread agreed to come with his Q60. I myselve be happy if i get my Q40 replica to run for that date.

Like the last year meeting all QL machines (and derivates) are wellcome.

I will publish all further details at my home page as soon as i udated it.
The location will be the same. So we start at Friday afternoon and end at Sunday morning.
If there is a demand the meeting can also be extended to Monday.

Many thanks Detlef for organizing the next international QL meeting. Almost needless to say, I'll be there with Q60, QIMSI Gold, Qzero and QLbase. Wolfgang, Stephan, Jan, Nasta and Ralf can also be expected. :)

Good luck, it would be fantastic to have the UK represented very well again! Forgot to mention that Oliver (of QLpicoVGA fame) and Tobias also come. At the moment it looks like it will be at least as well attended as last year. :)

Wow such a far distance, for the second time. A prime example of QL enthusiasm!

Hi,

Unfortunately, I can attend this meeting.

The reason is that I have been given a job or full time carer for an elderly relative.

I only have 4 hours free per day, so my time is severely limited.

I am really fed up over not been able attend this meeting, the Q60 was a big part of my life.

I wish you all well with the meeting and will be interested how the meeting has gone.

Regards,

Derek
