I have six pairs of 27C1024-12 (64k x16, 120ns) EPROMS that are suitable for Q40/Q60, or indeed whatever else you may need them for. Four pairs are made by ST, two are AMD. All have been UV erased and then checked to be completely blank. Might be of use to someone.
