Hi,
I forgot the Quanta Web site address, so did a Google web search for Quanta, the first hit was:
https://www.quantamagazine.org
Which to be the same name as Quanta for the Sinclair QL.
Did the Quanta comittee register the Quanta name?
Is the above web site in contravention of copyright with Quanta?

Re: Quanta Trademark
Even if QUANTA has a trademark it would have surrendered those rights by not "actively defending" them.
The only area that might cover it is if QUANTA magazine acquired and maintained an ISSN.

No, they have copied nothing from Quanta so cannot breach their copyright!
