I have been approached by a journalist writing an article for Computer Shopper.
He was particularly interested to know if anyone is still using their QL for a practical role, rather than just as a hobby/collecting.
I still maintain my business accounts on the QL (Cash Trader) and not too long ago, one of my customers was using a QL to run his accounts and payroll for a bakery business
Does anyone else put their QL to practical use?

Re: Modern day uses of the QL
I have my QL operating a display in a film set for a retro sci-fi film. I have QemuLator running the other screen, which needs faster updates
It also operates some 2x16 character LCDs through the printer interface on the SuperQBoard.
When it's not doing that, it's being used for developing a block-pushing game I'm working on.
