Now that I've lucked out on the bidding for this :

Does anyone know if any of the games have been typed out and stored in a software library somewhere?

I don't think that any games were typed-in. This was only the second time that I could find the book for sale, and there are no scanned copies of it.
(so it was you who beat me on the bid by 50 cents )

If I ever get a copy I'll try and type in the games and then see if they can be improved.

The same book re-appeared same day as it was sold - didn't check to see if it was a new seller or the same one.
Anyways nabbed it second time round

So now I have a lot of typing to do.
