I received a vDrive QL all the way from New Zealand, found a Microdrive enclose on Thingiverse to put it in (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3287032). I had it printed for about $40 online. Looks pretty good I think.

Excellent - very retro, and very true to BBQL styling.

As no external microdrives were ever sold for QL (apart from people who used a ZX Spectrum one or cobbled one together from salvaged QL drives) this is a great way to add a vDrive!

Both look good. Depends on the kind of look you want - an extension of the QL or more like a microdrive (which vDrive kind of emulates).

Nice! I didn't see the QL version. It's amazing they came up with the model based on an ad for an unreleased product.
