IQLR Issues

Post by swensont »

I'm creating a article index for the International QL Report (IQLR) and I'm missing three issues. Does anyone have a copy of Volume 2 #2, #3, & #4? If so, can you can them and send them to me? I'm about 70% done with scanning the issues that I have.

Thanks,

Tim Swenson

Hi Tim,

I never read IQLR, I forget the reasons for not reading it, as the QL Technical Report, was prior to IQLR, are you going to scan the magazines.

I have all issues of the QL Technical Report, which I was gonna scan for my own interest.

I am not sure about the copyright situation.

As for QL Technical Report - I guess this falls within the same camp as QL Adventurers Forum - see http://www.theqlforum.com/viewtopic.php? ... +alexander

Although you might need permission from Darren Branagh (?) who produced the last couple of issues

I'm sure I have those issues somewhere as one of them had a photo of me on the cover (a good reason for not making those issues available!)

I have scanned Bob Dyl's index to Volume 1 and Volume 2 which Iare about 2.5MB each at 300dpi. I'll see if they'll email, if not I'll plant them somewhere in my website and send you a link to download them. Quality is not good enough to OCR as they were done on parchment colour paper and laminated, so you will probably have to retype them by hand.
