It was from Amazon, in the images it’s the I wanted with no blocked holes. But the one that arrived had the blocked hole & capacitor

Just a quick update on this, I managed to get two of the boards with capacitors on from to play with. On close inspection, the hole that has a 'plug' in (the key) actually doesn't have a pin in the connector either. I still intend to modify them with a resistor, but a connector is going to be required too.

I finally got around to playing with the new ones (Capacitor type). The capacitor did not seem to be the issue, nor did replacing it with a resistor (I didn't try it). I drilled the key out and placed a bit of wire through it and looped it back on itself over the top and soldered it both ends to the same point. The adaptor then powered via the qubide clone. If doing this you may find the connection to not be the best, short of replacing the whole header (more than these cheap adaptors are worth) has anyone got a good idea? I intend to cover the wire on top with masking
