I am not sure, but i think the eprom ic on the kludge should be in the left ic socket.

I think you're right. Looking at the schematic, the #CE line of IC2 is enabled with both A14 and A15 being high. I.e. address 0xC000.

eprom and ls00 verified again , placed in the left socket does not change anything .

Anyone got a working eprom for verification ?

The picture you put above of the QL nearly booting is what I'd expect to see if the end part of the ROM was 'missing' so if I take a standard QL and remove the second ROM ic , then this is roughly what I would see. I don't think the third part of the ROM is going to the correct address

I also tested this with a PM ROM on qemulator, splitting it in 3, then joining the first two parts back. The first two I placed in the ROM and the third part went in the back ROM. I saw exactly the picture you are showing above.

@jobdone , thanks for your efforts !!

But ...................,

There must be a member out there who has a working unit with the three eproms .

So let's hope the solution is out there

Of course a 256 and a 128 works. I notice Urs website had a download for a three part rom (which he joins in a video and tests on Qemulator. The download on his site is broken though. The Thorn EMI roms on his website has the third part mixed in, when comparing that to my split PM rom, it has the same data , but in a slightly different location. My guess is that the first two parts are slightly different.
