Does anyone know what the PNP transistor is in the battery circuit and also the value of the capacitor between pin 40 of the ZX8302 and GND ? I'd guess 100nf.....
Cheers.
Phill.

Re: QIMI q
Hi dear,
I've replicated that part of qimi circuit with a pnp generic transistor for little signal (as bc 238 series or 2sa series) and a cmos CD4001 as logic port, two of these port are used as inverter and condenser is a 100 nf ceramic type, resistences are all 1/8 watt 2,2kohm (red, red, red, gold). I've used a cellular battery of 3,7 V and a little bit of bakelite board, attached ine wire to pin 40 of zx8032, one to ground, one to pin 27 (if I remember fine...
) and one to 5 volt and..
I can say to you that it works perfectly!
I've simulated a lot of resets, breakdown power supply and clock rests solid!
Ciao!
p.s. if you want to have a picture of my bad circuit I'll post a link to my dropbox image repo
