SOS QL does not working

SOS QL does not working

My QL 14 JS Rom with gold card does not worked. I remove the gold card but the problem remains.
There are horizontal stripes as you can see at pic.
Any suggestions?

try the minerva rom , and see if there is a ram problem .

re-seat zx8302 another option , rom also

Thanks I forgot to mention that the stripes are flashing I ll try rom and zx8302

I just pressing the rom and zx8302 chips and now it works!
