i am lost , searched for the jed file to programm a 16v8 to make it a hal chip ,
but i can not find it .
Can someone please give me a hint

That's a good place to start - the jed code is actually there at the end of the text file - just 'cut and paste' that part and save it as a suitable .jed file.
