Free smsq driver ?
But I can't run smsq in my card, it doesn't support my card, if finally there will be a way then color pattern will be the most trivial problem to solve.

Anyway I may change the order and location to be compatible.

I know what you mean, but the Q40/Q60/Q68/QIMSI bitorder also had a natural reason. Green, Red, Blue is the order of brightness which the colors contribute for the human eye. For example, if you just have 8 colors like in MODE 8 or on a ZX Spectrum, Green is the MSB and Blue is the LSB when it comes to brightness on a monochrome display.

I agree that the bitorder does not matter much, as long as you're not going for SMSQ/E. Only 1 or 2 MB RAM will be problematic for SMSQ/E and highcolor anyway. And there is no SMSQ/E for the QL - so as long as you don't mimic a GoldCard or Q68 it's not very likely to happen.

So I have more hopes with my QLion Gold with the 4MB, but the sources of Smsq/e are open source, aren't they?
I haven't tried since I had no time but is it too hard to adapt?

Source is here https://www.wlenerz.com/smsqe/

It needs RAM where the 68000 vectors are.

Thanks, I got ram there, all the roms are copied to ram at power on and I can make any portion of it writable.

What !!!
I made the rom writable and QLion booted with Marcel's 68000 SMSQ/E for mister
Also qlsd driver works, that is not a surprise.
