ROM, 512k RAM, felt pads + VGA

Hi,

Does the ROM board fit into a BBQL, as some experts on the QL Chat seem to cast doubt on the fact it maybe too high.

They fit in my BBQL’s (and one with a Schon keyboard)

I don’t have the latest revision but it looks same height

They definitely fit, or they would be fairly useless for most people. It's tight in there and I spent a lot of time making sure they do fit and make a good connection. The pins are thin and don't stretch the sockets too much, in fact I find that even after one has been fitted it's no problem reverting back to the original ROM chips, i.e. they still make good connection in the sockets.
