Problem after installing minerva

I changed my JM roms for a Minerva rom and it wouldn’t boot anymore, the screen showed big horizontal strips, 9 black and 8 white, the first idea was that the toolkit 2 on the Rom had problems with the toolkit2 in the super Qboard but after removing the board and with the bare QL it’s still the same and also after placing the JM Roms back the striped screen showed before the selection at the startup.
Does anybody have an idea what’s wrong.
