"Sinclair QL ES pack" is an introductory package to QL in Spanish.
It contains a compilation of resources and basic utilities for the Sinclair QL for those who are starting now with this machine, those who have purchased a QL and want to get to work.

I think this is rather wonderful for noobs like me. Is there an England equivalent?
There are websites with all the essential material, but I think it would be a good idea to build a repository with the basics to start with QL in English. If you are interested, I can compile it with the links provided by the community. There Dilwyn Jones could help a lot with her content.
In this other post you have very useful information that can serve as a basis for this:
Well, I don't want to duplicate existing pages that are already excellent. However, I have made a start on a little personal blog inspired by the pages above. I've tried to focus on my experience as a complete beginner to the QL and linked pages I found helpful, including from this forum of course. It's just a start and I will keep adding to it as I go. Maybe it is useful for some others making a start with this computer....
I remember a couple of years ago falling foul of the Catch 22 zip issue that you mention.
I believe it was this Zip as a Basic program that initially came in handy.
It caught me by surprise to see my spinning head from the QL World competition in the demo section.
It's probably the only thing I've ever won, although they never actually sent me the prize.

Hi Jbizzel,
Yes, a really good read.
I remember a couple of years ago falling foul of the Catch 22 zip issue that you mention.
I believe it was this Zip as a Basic program that initially came in handy.
The idea forthe Unzip_bas and Job2Bas programs came about after a chance conversation with (I think) Rich Mellor at RWAP. I don't remember if he suggested it, or whether something he said triggered the idea in my head. Either way, I'm sure it's saved many a Catch-22 over the years.
