Hehe I've seen that, it was an Amstrad badging exercise and released in Spain and a few other places I think. There is an Amstrad PC that is the same.

Sinclair PC-200 (black) is the same as Amstrad PC-20 (white), both derived from Amstrad PPC 512.
Sinclair PC-500 is the same as Amstrad PC 1512.
