PCML Q+ Disk Interface RAM

Does anyone know what RAM chips were used in the PCML Q+ Disk Interface?

IIRC the PAL needs to be updated for RAM chips if they were not already fitted.

Good Morning Everyone

I have fitted 256K RAM to one of these cards and it does indeed need a different PAL to register the RAM too.
I proved this by fitting the PAL from my DISK+RAM card temporarily and it worked perfectly.

Is there a way of reading the PAL and duplicating it using an equivalent GAL chip or does a suitable JED file already exist.
Maybe someone can read the contents of their PAL and upload it for PAL to GAL Conversion.

Any help on this would be really appreciated.

Sorry, I am not able to read the gal. I don’t have an adapter to my Willem programmer. I am looking for one. If I can find a schematic, I will try to build one.
