Okay, I can work them out, but a key / guide / meaning would be useful for both new and existing users...

Ah I see! Hehehe, one is a sticky topic that is locked. And a hot one is one that's had a lot of posts recently. In my defense I did edit them all by hand with a pixel editor just to add some QL colour to them. The red one looks like it has slipped through, as has the grey.
