Logitech Trackman Marble FX PS2 Mouse T-CJ12, with USB to PS/2 adaptor.

In good condition:

There product label is torn on the underside of the Trackball base:

Tested on Windows 7 PC, Q68

Note: the USB adaptor only converts PS/2 to USB for connection to a PC

Price: £10 plus shipping
