Re: QL Software and 20 cartridges, BIG haul
Hey,
Thank you. I'm mostly into the ZX Spectrums, but I saved two dead QLs from a dumpster about 18 years ago along with books, manuals and software. I managed to build one working QL from the two dead ones. I also had a disk drive. I recently decided to sell the QL stuff since I'm saving to have my ZX Spectrums professionally restored.
The QLs were pretty cool, but it's more a business computer and I enjoy the games on the Spectrum. I just wish Sinclair issued the QL with regular 3.5inch Sony floppy drives like the MACs of the time. It could have been really good. Those cartridges were cool (like most Sinclair stuff of the time), but ultimately not tough enough for daily business use and potential rough handling.

Hello friends,
Please check the ebay link above.
Is $65 (£50) too much?
Please advise because it is not selling. It's a great selection with the cartridges all still looking good.

The office suite cartridges are the most common ones you can get, every QL came with them.
The Tas-stuff might sell better on their own.
Your location will also come into factor with postage costs depending on where the buyer is

Thanks for the advice.
I changed the listing to something perhaps a bit more palatable.
