Re: Happy Birthday!
Hi,
Wednesday 25th April I celebrated my 70th birthday.
I have had my QL now for almost 35 years... half my life !
It has always been a great pleasure to use.
I would never have beleived that such an object would still be functional and useful after so many years.
Computing has made great strides since 1984, but Sinclair Basic is still a very fine language.
I can now write hyper-fast C++ programs, but SuperBasic is still the best language for fast prototyping.
So I shall keep my JS SGC Romdisk superhermes with floppies.
QL for ever !
Steve Poole.
