Sad news indeed. My condolences to his family and friends.
I have taken the rather sad step of removing Lee from my Assembly Magazine subscription list to hopefully avoid any future distress to his family.

Why do they put lightning conductors on churches?

Re: Some very sad news, the passing of Lee Privett / Mr Navigator
I'm so sorry to hear this. I'm not sure I've ever met him personally in the past, but we had a short exchange only 3 weeks ago and I was a subscriber to his blog "Back 2 the QL" for years
Looking through my archives he was also one of a few people who donated money after I released EasyPtr 4 for free. Sad to see him go.

Very sad news indeed, I never personally met Lee, but we did converse via Email on several occasions.
He was a true gent.

Lee was a great supporter of the forum, and by my reckoning was the 9th member to join (which also includes staff!) way back in the December of 2010, and was a frequent visitor on the chat as well. A top man, who will be a huge miss.

Lee revitalised the Quanta Magazine. Without his hard work and dedication, the QL scene would have lost another vector of communication. I never met Lee, but knew him through his helpful emails. My deepest sympathy goes to those he left behind.
