Dilwyn, thanks for generating the list.

EM01 Microemacs was a port of Daniel Lawrence's editor. The upstream licence seems to be "at-cost/non-commercial distribution only"; see http://www.aquest.com/emacs.pdf. I believe this would be consistent with putting it up on an open website. I consider my contributions to be licensed equivalently to the rest of the code.

UG09 The Jargon File was just a copy of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jargon_File. Not really 'mine' in any meaningful sense and readily available online anyway. I guess Magna is just Magna Carta, also readily available online.

UG06 Archiver and UG11 Zip/unzip could be a ports of something else or could be original to me; I was interested in compression at the time but that included both porting existing works and rolling my own. I'm afraid I wouldn't know for sure without a look.

The rest I expect are original to me. I'd prefer to have a look before making a completely definitive statement on licences but let's say provisionally say 'GPL3 or any later version'.
