Does anyone know if there was ever an Overwrite option when editing in the ED mode either in the BBQL or QemuLator or even OPC2?
I basically want to type in overwrite mode across some data statements as it would save a lot of time. Alternatively load the BASIC file into a Windows (ahem!) editor and do it that way but I would rather not. Was there a LRESPR bit of code that someone did in the past?

Lee,
try pressing <Shift>+<F4> to toggle between insert and overwrite mode.
(And read the TK2 Manual
)
This function has always been in ED in all versions, TK2, SMSQ/E and does not need any other extension.

DOH! Not read the manual again!!!!!!
I read the QL Manual searched for the solution to no avail. Didn't think of the TK2 manual.
Thanks Tofro
