There were a few CP/M emulators:

CP/Mulator by Sandy
http://www.rwapadventures.com/ql_wiki/i ... %2FMulator

This seems to work fine - it was supplied on a ROM cartridge, but works on q-emulator

CP/M 68K Operating System by Quest

Success by Digital Precision

One of the files supplied with the Sandy CP/Mulator was RDCMP_exe - unfortunately, I only have a corrupt copy of this program (although it seems to run to some extent) - it allows you to transfer files from a CP/M formatted disk to the QL.

Does anyone have a non-corrupt version of this program?

We have also preserved a program (CPMCOPY) by Dave Walker which does a similar task - maybe someone can contact Dave to see if that can be made freeware?

Finally we have also now preserved a program called CPM-80, which is said to be Copyright (85) SoftDesign Munich. The program shows "QL CP/M 2.2 Emulator v1.30" and contains the name of the author Peter Szymanski. Peter's name also appears on the Sandy emulator, so presumably this was the forerunner of that...

Hi Rich,

I have a copy of the CPMulator, I will see if I can copy the file(s) for you.

Derek
