as a conclusion smsq/e on a ql is not possible wothout severe work to the poor ql .

I have re-flowed all socket pins , took a fresh eprom , and voila IT works !!

so , my 1.19 dump can be used by anyone interested in the most recent version .

That is progress !!

That was the problem .

Apparently the 8049 died .

nice result !!

at work right now ,

so quick test revealed ;

8302 -> no change
8301 -> no change
02 and 01 -> no change
processor -> no change
original rom's -> no change

it is an iss 7 board
