Not on an unexpanded ST.
ST has lower resolution than QL, You need a special graphic card to run SMSQ/E.
Using SMS2 You can run some QL software in monochrome, but without the SBasic interpreter.

There is no pointer if, for example, I am in Basic and move the mouse. Then a "K" pointer should appear, but it doesn't.

I did not experience it on my QL and I think there is a reason:
1) if the mouse is not present (and maybe even if it is), You can move the mouse pointer using cursor ...

As I do not use modern monitors, multisync CRT is no problem.
I would like to see the Q60 definitely next to my Q68 (which I purchased mainly because Q60 turned to a unobtainium).

But previous QDOS versions are not taking second VideoRAM into consideration, although it is implemented in hardware.
Minerva can move system variables and make the VRAM2 area free for the user.

That’s why Omega!s routine (QDOS compatible) does things to make the VRAM2 free, like …

Original DithvIDE was created for ZX Spectrum (Commodore 64 later added), main part of it being the image conversion utitity, which created the two screens.
But the conversion utility does not support QL.
