COURSEMASTER by Intraset

I have managed to salvage some of the horse betting program, Coursemaster by Intraset Limited.
This is v1.88 published in 1988 and is completely in SuperBASIC.
Unfortunately, there are quite a few lines which are corrupt - does anyone else have a copy of this?
