Does anyone have an eprom board schematic they could scan and upload?
Am hoping a manual with one of the QL model's, Qflash, Harman or Spem has one documented.

I can only find the last two in pictoral form from Dilwyn's page in a pdf.

Do you mean the schematics for an external ERPOM or a PCB for the internal ROMs?
Alvaro has the schematics and gerber files on his Github for an external EPROM board:
