My QL blue light cooler!!!

Post by ansar »

Dear forum members,

I know that there are better ways to cool my precious QL, but this is my implementation with a not used PC small cooler with blue light.
Black and red cables together from the cooler and usb cable, ending to a smart phone charger and to mains.
See the small video in my YT channel,
<https://youtube.com/@i-ansar>,
of my creative hardware works!!! :D

Best Regards,
ansar

Hi,

The LED Light looks great.

I do not have any fans on my QLs.... I have 2 QLs have powered on for over a year, no problems or locks ups.

I could reduce the heat by removing the heat sink and use a DC-DC converter.

But up to no need...

Regards,

Derek

Yes, this is another good implementation.
But with that small fan that dissipates heat from inside to outside, when touching mdv block is really too cold now.
