Does anyone know where I can buy a QL replacement PSU?
I'm not looking for the original, but something more modern.

Thanks, that seems what I'm looking for. It doesn't say out of stock, so I assume he has some?
The only thing missing seems to be the cable that goes to the outlet.

You need a separate 12v PSU to feed it and it then takes care of the rest. Are you in the UK, are you able to order one from Tindie? If not, I may be able to help from here.
