I've finished this thing over a month ago but so far was too lazy to publish it: a music player for the old Amiga MOD files, now for SMSQ/E! Details are here: https://www.kilgus.net/smsqe/modplay/
Enjoy.

I was a MOD enthusiast in 90s, I created several MODs (and then Fastracker2 XMs)

Re: MODPlay
Thanks
I wrote a few MODs, too, but being total talent-less I omitted them from the demo disc

Re: MODPlay
Nice job. When I got my Q40 back in 1999 I was keen to try MOD playback, but the 20000/sec interrupt overhead put me off (IIRC at the time AD1848 chip was cheaper than DAC used
).
Just received a YM2608 and YM2610 from China (quick 14 day delivery now!). They both contain AY type PSG, FM/OPN and sample playback (albeit ADPCM) from its own RAM. Something to tinker with over the winter.
