QL Haul, list of Contents and questions!

As posted on a couple of other topics, I recently acquired a QL related haul within Germany. If anyone would like to see any of it, or if it's missing for the archives etc, I'm happy to help. Here is a list of what was included:
Hardware:
A QL board built into a PC case. The QL board has a backplane, with a Gold Card 2 attached to it and also an HDD interface which in turn is attached to an ISA HDD controller card and connected to a massive 20mb 5,25" drive. On the ROM port is some kind of k/b interface to facilitate the use of an AT keyboard. On the board itself is a Qimi/Qjump board plugged into the right ROM socket (the left ROM socket is empty) and the ZX8302 is plugged into the Qimi board. In the co-processor socket there is a Hermes 2.20 chip. There are 2 FDD's attached to the Gold Card.
^The above seems to work, it boots to the F1/F2 screen but I don't have an AT k/b yet to take it further.
(questions re the above..... can I use an Atari mouse attached to the Qimi? Or an Amiga mouse? Or either? It didn't come with a mouse. And, as the HDD has SD506 connectors, could I remove it's controller card and attach an ISA to IDE controller card so that I can plug in a modern adapter and use a memory card instead of the massive old HDD?. I suppose I could just attempt to use my Tetroid Trump close instead of the HDD card).
Separately a QXL II card for a PC ISA socket was also included.
Original software (on 3.5" disks):
SMSQ/E (QXL 1994 Tony Tebby - is MSDOS format for QXL)
Qmenu - Menu extensions Version 4 for the pointer environment
QPAC II - (German version)
Easy Circuit - V2.01, a German circuit design program.
PDQL from Unit One of Birmingham
QBranch/Miracle SMSQ v2.76, 1996 Tony Tebby (is MSDOS format for QXL)
QD v9, Editor, Jochen Merz so I assume German version
Hermes - accompanying files (German, Zusatzdateien)
VGA1600I - Windows and Utility driver (MSDOS format, probably for QXL!)
Mathematical and Graphical tool kit by Chalmers
Thor-Desk, 1989 COWO Electronic (Hello QLvsJaguar!)
Ser Mouse, 1992 Albin Hessler
EasyPTR3, Basis disk, German
QPTR Pointer Toolkit 1987
HDD-Card, Computer Technik (I assume drivers etc for the HDD/ISA interface, probably German)
Text87 from Software87, London
2488 from Software87, London
Founted89, Graphics Editor, Software87, London
Fountext88, Graphics Driver, Software87, London
Disk Utilities, Ergon 1994 Floppy Disk utilities
Doctor Editor, from a chap called Arvid in Norway
Original Software on Microdrive cart:
QL Supercharge (with the Corvette on the box) Compiler with lenslock, tested and seems to work
Cartridge Doctor
Original QL related literature/handbooks etc:
The Solution by Steve Sutton, appears to be some kind of PC/QL Emulator info
