It is a bit of a sad day with the passing of Apple’s Steve Jobs, a loss also for the inspiration he gave to many and those who followed his entrepreneurial and visionary exploits with computer systems. I suspect there are many cases of people who are in the IT industry today because of him alone, he did indeed change the world and will be missed. While we in the UK had the likes of the QL, America was building it's computer scene with the Apple Macintosh. Our thoughts go to his immediate family and friends.
