IP Network Device Driver

I am releasing a new version (1.10)of my IPNet/IPLocalNet device driver. In this version I have combined the two drivers into one package. The user chooses if the driver will be an IPNet driver, or a IPLocalNet driver, after the program has been loaded.
I have changed the programs name to IP Network Device Driver, to distinguish it from the earlier versions.
I have also added some SuperBASIC extensions to read the IP Address and Network station number. Also to read and set the Network device names used with the NFS_USE command. And a function that reports if the File server (FSERVE) is running, and if it is a FSERVE, or a NASERVE.
