What do I need to configure a RamDisk ? ( RAM1_ ...
SuperGoldCard .. ? Toolkit II ????

A ram disk driver.
SMSQ/E comes with an in-built one, plain QDOS systems need to load their own. Some floppy extensions (like the SuperQBoard and the Trump card ROM) already contain a ram disk driver.
On other systems, a separately loaded driver is needed.
A quick check shows there's one (the QJump one, which is probably the best) included with the QPAC2 support files on Dilwyn's site (ramprt)

Ciao,
in case you're going to work with a plain 128K QL, also it would be advisable to have some extra Ram. It's not mandatory for the driver usage, but it might be crucial for several purposes. Indeed the TrumpCard, for example, provides not only the driver but also extra Ram.
