For the Ser_USB, I have manual 1.03, which does not mention the FAT driver.
On the ROM, I have 1.4 drivers (including both native and FAT driver).
In the internet, there is manual for drivers ver. 2 available (and no ROM image of ver. 2 drivers).
But the manual is not useable with ver. 1.4 driver, as (not only) the device name differs between version 1.4 and 2.x.

Where can I get the latest (ver. 2 release 3 I think?) both native and FAT driver for Ser_USB?

Seeked and found in my personal repository. Submitted to Dilwyn for inclusion on the QL information and PD software website. It's now available for download, thank you Dilwyn for the fast job.
