under 2.1 Development Facilities

Section 3 File editing appears with subsequent increased numbers throughout the document.

I cannot find Section 1 or Section 2 prior to that.

Is this an anomaly or am I missing something?

Looking at the paper versions of the Toolkit 2 (I'm looking at Gold Card manual from Miracle Systems) it seems consistent with the paper versions of the manual.

(Not saying it's right of course, just saying the paper and eBook versions look the same)
