New Advert Style Banner

You may have noticed the new temporary banner at the top. It's mainly to help with promoting a few QL projects/shows. Any feedback is welcome, too fast, too long to load etc. Requests are welcome too

The banners need to stay static a little longer, and allow for click throughs...

I did have a quick look for clicking but with it just being a cheat of using the forum banner, it would probably mean tinkering with the code somewhere. I can slow it down a bit more though

Not sure I like the transition effect, would prefer something simpler I think.

New version with longer pauses. I did make a nice one with slow fades but it was four times the file size, I'll keep experimenting
