I hope that Popopo doesn't mind me copying the links from the YouTube video here, for those who don't wish to watch the video, or can't due to inadequate broadband. I'm not sure if links embedded within a quote will work on the Forum, if they don't I'll try to edit them later.

Not good for you. That's it.
Write the manuals by yourself. People like me that we don't know how to read or are too lazy to read are not worthy of your great comments.
[Moderator hat on]
Calm down, that's enough bickering. There has been too much of that on the forum recently.
We all need to remember that the written word does not convey body language and/on intonation etc, so it is easy to be unintentionally wound up over something written, that wouldn't be a problem if spoken.
Derek's comment is one I was going to add myself. While you tube is sometimes good at explaining stuff, not everyone has access to fast nternet access. For example, me! A manual is easily downloaded and used, you tube doesn't let downloads happen unless you pay a premium monthly fee.
So, having your stuff only on you tube is why it's bad for people who read, or can only read, manuals. It also, during a recent thread on the MDV sound board, why I never followed up your you tube videos! I couldn't, my Internet access is total crap. I'm currently on mobile broadband I an area with crap coverage. If I'm lucky, I get 0.5 megabits download.
So, Derek's comment was perfectly valid, your response was not acceptable. Let's all keep a calm head here, otherwise the ban hammer might be brought out of its packaging!
[Moderatorhat off]
Cheers,
Norm.
And would not be better to explain that in similar words to yours, instead sarcastic way when somebody is trying to be nice and doing a effort for others?
So my answer somehow was far, but his sarcastic comment about people who "doesn't read" is fine?
That is not very fair.
It is a good point about the Internet access bandwidth, very good point. I'm going to work with it. But I won't accept those kind of comments whatever it cost to me, when I do a hard work that takes lot of time for people who could suffer cognitive issues (or just process the information in different ways) and for free.
Whatever it cost me, I won't.
If I could, I would block and ignore any comment for such users that unintentionally or not, continuously degrading the work of others (in soft, sarcastic or hard way). But that is unacceptable.

It is fine dilwyn. Very appropriate.
No need the link, already is posted in the main message of this thread. But fine in any case cause has wider description.

Derek didn't say that, he said it's not good for people who *do* read the manuals! (My emphasis) Meaning, you tube is fine, manuals are better. Like I was going to say.
Also as Derek has posted in the past, he's dyslexic so sometimes his responses are brief and may seem curt, but are not intended to be.
Cheers,
Norm.

For already written manuals and user guides,
Agustin B. already wrote a lot in his repository. :
https://github.com/gusmanb/micropicodrive/wiki
So that work was done a long time ago for people who prefer documents for reading and structured information (what is faster),
anyone looking for documents about the project would find it easily taking some minutes checking the project.
The problem is for
people who doesn't speak another language, or at not skilled at techs (mainly elders with not tech background).
A video is prepared for disabled people (cognitive mainly), but also for people who
doesn't read English (translators are not very accurate in this matters very often).
Who write manuals in each possible language?
All fine Norm.
Cheers

hehehehehe,
Google sometimes translate "I wanna an ice cream" by "kill your colleague with ice while he screams" When translated into Russian.

We also have some awful examples in Wales of using Google Translate to translate between Welsh and English languages, especially when it comes to signage on roads and in shops. But at least it is improving in recent years.
