Re: Today I Received...
Got this before Christmas, from someone locally who was moving house and getting out of 3D Printing, not very expensive:
Elegoo Mars 3 Pro Resin Printer:
Elegoo Mercury Plus V2.0, wash, cure station

I do have a resin printer, but use it as sparingly as I can, only if I really, really need the higher print resolution, so only once or twice a year.
Simply, because resin printing tends to be an utter mess.
Handling sticky, poisonous fluids, washing with yet another poisonous fluid (which is, for added thrill, also highly inflammable and explosive) and curing with UV light, well, that's just not my type of thing. Once you're done, disposing of the contaminated fluids is also added chore - you can't simply pour it down the sink.
There are water-washable resins, but the results leave a bit to be desired compared to the "normal" stuff.
Print results of resin printers are excellent, but handling that stuff is just, as I said, a complete mess.
If you need functional parts where you can live with somewhat lesser surface quality and detail, FDM is, in my opinion, the better choice.

I always think it's really nice when someone puts the original copyright on it. Great!
