Hantek was on my shortlist when I shelled out for a scope a couple of months back but in the end I ended up buying a Siglent (with the logic analyzer option).

Yeah I already have a HP 54645D with Logic Analyzer but it doesnt fit on my desk

Freescale was having another clear-out and I got a half pallet of this stuff.

These are fast and run cool, but MAPBGA144 packages: The largest 5V SRAMs I can find - anything bigger is 3.3V or DRAM. Slower FLX68000, but in a friendlier QFP package. A bunch of random 68EC030 40MHz parts. It turns out Motorola, then Freescale, would buy their own ICs on the open market from shady sellers and test them to see if they were genuine, counterfeit, remarked or fake. They would shut down illegitimate sellers, and remove remarkers from the supply chain. All the good ICs they got would be kept in case there were materials handling problems. And now they're mine, for basically free. All tested and work great!

Those 68030s would be useful for Atari/Amiga accelerators with a QFP adapter board.

I have a few hundred of them. I'd prefer to use them on a QL, someday.

Are these the 68030's with the MMU or the ones without it?

Even without an MMU, they can offer considerable speed advantage in a well designed board by making use of burst memory reads, cache's for both data and instructions, and have the advantage of being the last 68K series with the dynamic bus sizing.
