This is amazing. I'm working on something similar myself but with a different ultimate outcome (unmodified top chassis and keycaps connecting to mechanical keyswitches, with 3d-printed adaptors) I'm wasting a lot of filament getting my measurements for the key/lug spacing right, I don't suppose you'd consider sharing your measurements? The service manual doesn't include a mechanical diagram of the keyboard membrane nor the top chassis.
