Did you install from the Arch repo, or direct from Winehq? I went direct as the Mint/Ubuntu repo is way back at v6.0.3.

Norm.

Re: Beyond Mode 4/8
Just FYI the bottles app on flatpak is super useful for managing wine prefixes and wine versions!

Silly me, of course! Thanks.
Re bottles. I only use Wine for QPC2 so I don't need any other prefix stuff etc, but useful to know about versions, thanks.
Cheers,
Norm.

Re: Beyond Mode 4/8
Hi,
I updated my Wine installation from WineHQ, now I have Wine v10.0 running wit QPC2, Q-emulator, most Windows applications. I can connect the Wndows based QL Emulators to the Q68 or BBQL by QL Network via QLUB, need a a update in the Wine registory of the serial port.
The version of Linux Mint I use is not the current one, due an issue with SLD2 having a problem with the sound in sQLux.
I did use Arch-Linux for a while, but too liked Linux Mint, does everything I need, just needs the PPA updated.
Sort like the Windows Linux version.

Re: Beyond Mode 4/8
Thanks Derek, very interesting.
I'm on the same version of Mint as you are but under Wine 20 from Winehq, QPC2 starts, but I can't use the mouse. Under 6.0.3 it all just works.
More investigation required.
Cheers,
Norm.

(or that the 2 key is right next to the 1 key on most keyboards)
