Thanks. Did the BASIC manual and Advanced Operations, added to original post above.

I won't bother doing the Xchange manual, because Xchange is well documented elsewhere. I also won't do the printer manual - too obscure, I can't imagine anyone is still using a Tonto/OPD with one of the specific printers.
