I thought that Dave Walker's site had vanished (C68, etc), but on checking with him it's now at https://itimpi.updog.co/

He's also fixed a broken link to the GNU Text Utilities if anyone's been trying to download those.

Dave Walker has said that he has the domain name http://www.itimpi.com which can be used to access his site should he ever move it, so better to use the domain name (which I didn't know about):

I just tried emailing Dave Walker for a license to Multi-Discover, but the email it said to use bounced (website@itimpi.freeserve.co.uk) - anyone know whether he is still offering free licenses?
