And if in doubt, yes it will really happen.
Real estate has been my life for 10 years, so what you saw is not something more difficult than I did, as an investor in this field.
Might be a bit rusted about new materials and new rules which have appeared for the past 7 years, but that is not hard to study anyway.
If I want to go back to computer science and electronics it is also because well, real estate investment isn't CPU consumption intensive if you see what I mean
